Your first appointment starts with a meeting and friendly consultation with Dr. Jack Sturos.

Here the doctor will take time to understand your needs and health goals, followed up with a thorough examination to understand if we can help you with the issue that you are experiencing. In addition to the exam, you may be referred out for x-rays if we need a clearer picture of the issue that we are trying to address.

After the initial examination, you will either receive your first chiropractic adjustment if no further x-rays are needed, or therapy will be used to start the healing process while we go over your x-ray and examination results.

Once we have a good idea of what the issue is and how we can best help you, we will talk about your diagnosis, and also go over a personalized plan of care that we recommend here at the office. We’ll make sure to answer any and all questions that you may have so you have a clear understanding on our approach to help you on your path to a pain-free and healthier life. We will ensure clarity throughout the entire process so there is no confusion.
